How You Can Make an Impact
- Lead the development and execution of AI strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and market realities.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on AI adoption, governance frameworks, ethical considerations, and risk management to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Translate complex AI technologies into clear business cases, roadmaps, and actionable plans that drive transformation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and external partners to deliver integrated AI solutions.
- Shape and grow Deloitte’s AI strategy practice through thought leadership and market positioning efforts.
- Mentor and lead teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence in client-centric delivery.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in AI strategy, technology consulting, or management consulting with emphasis on AI and digital transformation.
- Proven track record in advising senior executives and influencing strategic decisions regarding AI adoption and innovation.
- Experience managing complex AI or data-driven transformation programs across various industries.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, including their business applications.
- Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations in AI implementation.
Drive and Motivation:
- Ambitious and strategic thinker passionate about AI and its transformative potential for businesses.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on AI trends and best practices.
Leadership, Commercial Acumen, and Communication Skills:
- Strong client-facing presence with the capacity to build trusted relationships at senior levels.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts in business terms to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing decision-making.
- Experience leading high-performing teams, managing project delivery, and driving business growth.
Technical and Strategic Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies, data analytics, and digital ecosystems.
- Ability to assess AI risks and benefits from both strategic and operational perspectives.
- Experience in identifying, prioritizing, and realizing AI use cases for value creation.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and AI tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, LLMs) is advantageous.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to engage effectively with local clients and teams.
Industry Experience:
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated sectors is preferred.
