Your Impact

• Lead the development and execution of AI strategies tailored to clients’ business objectives, market dynamics, and regulatory landscapes.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI adoption, governance frameworks, ethical considerations, and risk management for responsible deployment.
• Translate complex AI technologies into clear business cases and actionable plans that drive transformation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and external partners to deliver integrated AI solutions.
• Contribute to shaping and growing Deloitte’s AI strategy practice through thought leadership and business development activities.
• Mentor teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, strategic thinking, and client-centric excellence.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience

• 6+ years in AI strategy, technology consulting, or management consulting with a focus on AI and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of advising senior executives and influencing strategic decisions regarding AI adoption and innovation.
• Experience managing complex AI or data-driven transformation programs across various industries.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, along with their business applications.
• Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations in deployment.

Drive and Motivation

• Adept at managing multiple priorities and leading teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on AI trends and best practices.

Leadership, Commercial Acumen, and Communication Skills

• Strong client-facing presence with a talent for building trusted relationships at senior levels.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex AI concepts in business terms to diverse audiences.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing decision-making.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, managing project delivery, and driving business growth.

Technical and Strategic Expertise

• Deep knowledge of AI technologies, data analytics, and digital ecosystems.
• Ability to assess AI risks and benefits from both strategic and operational perspectives.
• Experience with AI use case identification, prioritization, and value realization.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and AI tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, LLMs) is advantageous.

Language Proficiency

Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to engage effectively with local clients and teams.

Industry Experience

Experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated sectors is preferred.
