YOUR MISSION WITH US

In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop our HR team across two locations, overseeing a dedicated group of five employees. You will ensure that personnel management across Switzerland is both professional and legally compliant, including payroll accounting. Your responsibilities will encompass efficient personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

You will actively further our HR strategy and execute it effectively, serving as a sparring partner to the management team on both strategic and operational HR topics. Additionally, you will manage HR controlling, key performance indicators, reporting, and budget processes.

In this position, you will lead HR projects, working collaboratively with both internal and external partners to drive them toward success. A key aspect of your role will be the systematic development of our HR processes, systems, and management tools.

Moreover, you will take the initiative on critical topics such as talent management, succession planning, and employer branding—ensuring effective internal HR marketing and communication.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Solid HR training (e.g., federal diploma in HR management, Master's degree, or equivalent) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Fluent German and French skills, ideally at a native speaker level in one language and a C1 level in the other.
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law, along with sound experience in wage disputes and social security.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams with clarity, adaptability, and a focus on development.
  • A high willingness to be present at both locations and a readiness to travel within Switzerland (30-40%).
  • Strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and pragmatic implementation skills.
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all hierarchical levels.
  • Structured work style, capable of maintaining an overview and setting clear priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using HR metrics, MS Office, and ERP systems (such as Abacus and PEP).
  • Experience in organizational and personnel development is an advantage, but not mandatory.
