Join Our Team as an IT Manager / Executive in Zurich
We are seeking to enhance our team in Zurich with a skilled IT Manager / Executive, available for immediate start or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams of designers and developers.
- Implement AI solutions and processes to enhance company efficiency, including workflow, customer dialogues, marketing, SEO optimized content, and staff development.
- Design and develop web and mobile interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Define and implement product strategies and pricing models.
- Collaborate with business owners to guide strategic product decisions.
- Support and take responsibility for the planned expansion in the Middle East.
What We Require:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Product Owner in digital products.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management.
- A background in the hospitality and tourism industry is essential.
- Strong skills and experience in Generative AI (Microsoft Copilot, Copy.ai, Write Sonic, Google Cloud, AI GitHub Copilot, etc.).
- Ability to analyze business processes and contribute to pricing or strategy decisions.
- Technical skills such as SQL, Python, Web3, or Cloud Computing are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French is preferred, and Arabic is a plus.
- Work experience in the Arab world is beneficial.
- A passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
