Job Description
For one of our clients located in the northern Vaud region, we are currently seeking an IT Manager (M/F/D).
- Lead the IT Infrastructure team and define the strategy.
- Manage and improve IT processes for all entities in Switzerland.
- Ensure the reliability of critical systems (ERP, MES, networks, servers, cloud).
- Define and monitor SLAs to ensure business continuity.
- Support the evolution of ERP/MES and coordinate with providers and stakeholders.
- Drive digitalization and propose technological improvements.
- Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and continuity plans (DRP/BCP).
- Supervise IT operations and user support (helpdesk, incidents, licenses).
- Manage resources and providers while fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
We Expect
- Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar technical field.
- 10 years of experience leading an IT department in an industrial company.
- Expertise in infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and systems (multi-site, ERP, MES, cloud).
- Proven experience in IT project management (deployments, migrations, upgrades).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and risk management.
- Advanced technical skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies supporting industry, automation, and digital transformation.
- Managerial skills to motivate, develop, and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Fluency in French and English.
