Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, breakfast services, room service, and events/banqueting. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of luxury service standards and providing an exceptional guest experience in line with LQA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service, kitchen, stewarding, and back-of-house teams to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Monitor operational performance, including covers, revenue, costs, and guest feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Lead the strategic development and positioning of the hotel’s Food & Beverage offerings.
- Drive revenue growth through concept development, seasonal activations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, purchasing, and inventory management effectively.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, HACCP, and quality standards at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and VIP requests with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee cash handling, billing procedures, and the management of duty shifts.
- Lead, recruit, train, and develop F&B teams to align with luxury service and LQA standards.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity in response to seasonal activity.
- Conduct performance management, coaching, and follow-up on KPIs for management teams.
- Act as an ambassador of the hotel and uphold the values of the Michel Reybier Hospitality Collection.
