Your Tasks
- Own and lead all HR activities across the Function, acting as the key contact for all people-related matters.
- Provide coaching to the Function Head, leaders, and employees to support organizational development, foster positive team dynamics, and encourage performance, growth, and change.
- Support and coordinate People Development initiatives, including training needs analysis and talent development.
- Accelerate the development of the Functional Leadership team and its culture.
- Engage with the organization to ensure effective implementation of change.
- Promote and develop strategies and programs to ensure a positive workplace culture across the business.
- Contribute and serve as a role model for company transformation and innovative ways of working.
- Manage absence cases and coordinate reintegration processes for long-term sick employees (Case Management).
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent; an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role or as a business leader with a strong affinity for HR and technical industries.
- Driven, energetic, and committed to achieving the highest standards.
- Ability to interface effectively and confidently at all levels of the organization.
- Operational knowledge of key HR processes and activities, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of Swiss labor law and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in English (Level C1); German language skills are an advantage.
