Position: Manager E-Invoicing and User Access Management (m/f/d)
We are seeking a motivated Manager of E-Invoicing and User Access Management who will ensure the compliant, stable, and efficient operation of electronic invoicing solutions and user access management within the global Accelleron service SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role involves leading the service network's rollout of new country-specific e-invoicing solutions and serving as a subject matter expert for invoicing processes in S/4HANA.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as Business Responsible and Subject Matter Expert for electronic invoicing within the Service Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay process areas.
- Implement and continuously improve the global Service e-Invoicing strategy, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Lead the rollout of new country-specific e-invoicing solutions, including process design, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live support.
- Maintain e-invoicing process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Contribute to cross-functional operations and ERP projects to ensure alignment with overall service operations goals.
- Collaborate with Country Finance Managers and Global Process Owners for end-to-end process alignment.
- Represent e-invoicing topics within the S/4HANA Flash Team and broader service ERP initiatives.
- Define and implement a harmonized user access management approach for SAP S/4HANA.
- Oversee the execution of an audit-compliant test management framework, including user acceptance testing.
- Manage test coordination and user access management specialists within the central operations team.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and continuous improvement opportunities across e-invoicing and testing.
- Elaborate Business Cases; evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
- Act as authorization owner for Requests for Change (RfCs) within the assigned scope.
- Develop and execute End User and key stakeholder training.
Your Background:
- University degree or equivalent higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, operational excellence, or process automation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with hands-on experience in SD, PS, and EPPM.
- Experience in user access management design and implementation within SAP S/4HANA.
- Self-driven and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with senior management and communicating across organizational levels.
- Commercial support and/or service coordination experience would be advantageous.
- International business experience and intercultural competence.
- Language skills: English (C1 or above); German (B2 or above) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel globally up to 5-10%.
