How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead AI and analytics engagements from discovery to production.
• Design complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership, guiding clients through significant organizational changes.
• Serve as the business-IT translator, facilitating workshops, consolidating diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, and aligning stakeholders around clear decisions.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore), ensuring delivery governance, quality assurance, risk management, and effective communications.
• Drive Generative and Agentic AI initiatives, including LLM-enabled solutions, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, safety guardrails, and evaluation approaches aligned with client policies.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients through project delivery and account growth; support business development by shaping proposals, POVs, demos, and identifying new opportunities.
• Be a role model for your colleagues by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter competence.
• Grow expertise in various industry and subject matter areas, sharing knowledge with the broader Deloitte talent network.

Consulting and Communication Skills

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities: Ability to design and present executive-ready materials.
• Strong conceptual capability: Ability to simplify complex problems and translate them into actionable solutions and roadmaps.
• Proficient in requirements leadership, stakeholder alignment, and facilitation of client workshops.
• Proven ability to guide nearshore and offshore technical implementation teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
• Skilled in integrating system components, providing clear business explanations, and leading technical workshops.

Technical Expertise

• Strong engineering and/or mathematics background.
• Solid experience with Python; familiarity with R is a plus.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics solutions on cloud service platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and the services required to bring use cases to production on one or more cloud providers is highly preferred.
• Experience with data science workbench tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is advantageous.

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience

• At least 6 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in the banking, insurance, life sciences, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
