Job Opportunity: Industrial IT Infrastructure & Critical Platforms Manager
We are partnering with a prominent industrial client to recruit an Industrial IT Infrastructure & Critical Platforms Manager. In this pivotal role, you will report to the IT Department and lead a technical team responsible for maintaining critical infrastructures that support industrial production environments. Your focus will be on ensuring the availability, performance, security, and evolution of the platforms utilized by business teams and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of system and platform administrators.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructures.
- Oversee environments related to industrial production systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Coordinate technical developments, deployments, and production launches.
- Manage complex incidents and provide advanced support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, practices, and operational processes.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in computer science or equivalent.
- Proven experience with critical system infrastructures.
- Experience in managing a technical team.
- Strong understanding of MES, industrial, or highly available environments.
- Proficient in areas such as high availability, databases, load balancing, containerization, or monitoring.
- Appreciation for DevOps and Infrastructure as Code culture.
- Exemplary leadership with a focus on proximity, autonomy, service orientation, and team spirit.
