Your Contribution to KPMG
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of international tax and financial services transfer pricing projects, including:
- Overseeing international restructuring projects and designing and implementing new transfer pricing frameworks
- Analyzing business models and assessing the consistency of value creation and profit allocation
- Managing due diligence and post-M&A transfer pricing topics
- Advising clients on Operational Transfer Pricing matters
- Managing global compliance projects in accordance with OECD and local standards
- Supporting our multinational clients in intergovernmental dispute resolution proceedings related to transfer pricing issues
This is What Makes You Successful
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related fields
- At least 5 years of professional experience in financial services transfer pricing, preferably within a Big Four or consulting environment
- Expertise in global transfer pricing regulations and OECD/BEPS 2.0 guidelines, particularly as they relate to the financial services industry
- Experience in Tax Dispute Resolution matters (e.g., MAPs, APAs) within the financial services sector is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is advantageous
- Client-oriented with a strong commitment to quality in your work
- Able to mentor young professionals in international projects and integrate tax inputs from multiple jurisdictions
