Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Provide auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking clients.
• Execute financial and regulatory audits, lead audit teams during fieldwork, and manage and coach junior team members.
• Work on complex financial areas of clients' balance sheets and income statements, including goodwill, loan loss provisioning, and financial investments.
• Engage with regulatory aspects such as anti-money laundering, internal organization, client and market conduct, risk management, and solvency.
• Support and ensure the continuous training and development of the audit team.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

• Are a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA) or a Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA) registered auditor with equivalent foreign qualifications, or you have commenced your journey to achieve this.
• Have 5 years of experience in auditing, ideally at one of the Big 4, with in-depth knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
• Communicate confidently in French and English; any additional languages will be an advantage.
• Work independently, motivated by new challenges, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit while willingly taking on responsibility.
• Thrive in a team environment and naturally build and cultivate strong customer relationships.
