How You Can Make an Impact

You will be:

• Involved in providing auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking clients.
• Responsible for executing financial and regulatory audits, leading audit teams during fieldwork at client locations, and managing and coaching junior team members.
• Working on complex financial areas of clients' balance sheets and income statements, including goodwill, loan loss provisioning on credit portfolios, financial investments portfolio including complex and non-standard investments, and taxes.
• Engaged in regulatory areas such as anti-money laundering, internal organization, client and market conduct, risk management, solvency, and consolidated supervision.
• Supporting and ensuring the continued training and development of the audit team.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

• Are a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA) or an FAOA registered auditor with equivalent foreign qualifications, or you are in the process of obtaining one.
• Have 5 years of experience in auditing, ideally at one of the Big 4, and possess profound knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
• Communicate confidently in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Work independently and are motivated by new challenges. You are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• Appreciate teamwork and effortlessly build and cultivate customer relationships.
