As part of our dynamic team, you will conduct audit engagements for a wide range of national and international clients. How You Can Make an Impact

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking clients.
• Leading audit teams during fieldwork at client sites and managing the execution of financial and regulatory audits.
• Exploring complex financial areas of clients' balance sheets and income statements, including goodwill, loan loss provisioning, financial investments, and tax considerations.
• Engaging with regulatory areas such as anti-money laundering, risk management, and consolidated supervision.
• Supporting the ongoing training and development of the audit team.

Who We Are Looking For

You should possess the following qualifications:

• A Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA) or FAOA registered auditor with equivalent foreign qualification, or be in progress toward obtaining such status.
• At least 5 years of experience in auditing, ideally with one of the Big 4, and a strong understanding of Swiss accounting principles and FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• A self-motivated individual who enjoys taking on new challenges and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
• A team player who excels in building and nurturing customer relationships.
