How You Can Make an Impact

In this role, you will:

• Provide auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking clients.
• Execute financial and regulatory audits, leading audit teams during fieldwork and managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Work on intricate financial areas of clients' balance sheets and income statements, including goodwill, loan loss provisioning on credit portfolios, and complex financial investment portfolios.
• Address regulatory issues such as anti-money laundering, internal organization, client and market conduct, risk management, solvency, and consolidated supervision.
• Support and facilitate continuous training and development within the audit team.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

• Are a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA) or a Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA) registered auditor with equivalent foreign qualification, or you have begun your curriculum to achieve this.
• Have at least 5 years of auditing experience, ideally at one of the Big 4 firms, and possess in-depth knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
• Communicate confidently in both French and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Are able to work independently, motivated by new challenges, and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to take on responsibility.
• Excel in teamwork and find it easy to build and maintain customer relationships.
