How You Can Make an Impact

In this position, you will be:

• Involved in providing auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking clients.
• Responsible for the execution of financial and regulatory audits, leading audit teams during fieldwork, and mentoring junior team members.
• Working on complex financial aspects of clients' balance sheets and income statements, including goodwill and loan loss provisioning on credit portfolios, as well as financial investments and taxes.
• Handling regulatory areas such as anti-money laundering, internal organization, client and market conduct, risk management, and solvency.
• Supporting the ongoing training and development of the audit team.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

• Are a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA) or a Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA) registered auditor with equivalent foreign qualifications, or you are in the process of achieving this designation.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably with one of the Big 4, and possess strong knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
• Communicate confidently in French and English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
• Possess the ability to work independently and are motivated by new challenges. You are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• Thrive in a team environment, with a natural inclination to build and nurture client relationships.
