Our Swiss market-leading Deal Transformation and Post-Merger Integration Team advises Swiss Corporate and mid-market clients to create value from their Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Carve-outs. With a dedicated team of experts, we deliver integration and separation advisory services, leading complex engagements with our clients and deploying deep functional expertise across finance, human resources, commercial, supply chain, and technology. At Deloitte, we support our clients on end-to-end M&A advisory, collaborating closely with our colleagues from transaction services, valuations, and corporate finance. As part of the Strategy, Risk, and Transactions Business Line, we work alongside our Strategy, Sustainability, Regulatory, and Forensics peers to ensure a seamless and value-driven approach to transactions.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • M&A Integration and Separation Leadership: Implement forward-thinking approaches and tailored methodologies to lead complex M&A separations and integrations.
  • M&A Value Creation: Conduct and oversee operational and financial analyses to assess merger synergies, carve-out complexities, and stand-alone performance improvement potential.
  • Exceptional Client Service: Advise clients across Deloitte's offerings, fostering strong relationships while leading engagement teams to deliver high-quality service.
  • C-suite Intimacy: Enhance your ability to engage client CXOs, articulating innovative ideas into actionable solutions.
  • Project Scope and Delivery: Define, plan, resource, and execute project scopes, managing client expectations and timelines effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Inspire and guide team members to realize their full potential, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
  • Analytical and AI Solutions: Provide strategic insights and deploy advanced analytical and AI solutions to enhance client outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude, with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, focusing on strategic decision-making and attention to detail, with skills in simplifying complex concepts.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from top-tier universities with exceptional academic records.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant M&A experience in consulting or industry roles, particularly in Swiss industries like financial services, life sciences, consumer, or industrials.
  • Expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive storytelling.
  • Aptitude for AI technologies with a keen interest in incorporating AI solutions to enhance client outcomes.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
