How You Can Make an Impact
- Lead AI and analytics engagements from initial discovery through to production.
- Design and implement complex data and analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational leadership to guide clients through significant changes.
- Serve as the business–IT translator; facilitate workshops, consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams across multiple geographical locations, ensuring governance, quality assurance, risk management, and effective communication.
- Drive initiatives involving Generative and Agentic AI as relevant, focusing on LLM-enabled solutions, prompt engineering, safety guardrails, and evaluation approaches aligned with client policies.
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with clients through project delivery and account growth; support business development by shaping proposals and identifying new opportunities.
- Exemplify leadership and a strong work ethic as a role model for colleagues.
- Grow expertise in various industry domains and share insights with the broader Deloitte team.

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, particularly with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to simplify complex issues and develop actionable solutions and roadmaps.
- Proficient in requirements leadership and facilitating client workshops.
- A proven track record in guiding diverse technical implementation teams for successful collaboration.
- Skilled at integrating systems and leading technical workshops effectively.
Technical Expertise
- A strong background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
- Proficient in Python; knowledge of R is a plus.
- Experience in delivering AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related services.
- Experience with data science tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is a plus.
- Proficient with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred.
Industry Experience
- A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in consulting, technology firms, or industry-specific roles in data-driven fields.
- Experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
