How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead AI and analytics engagements from discovery to production.
• Design complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership, guiding clients through these transformations with significant organizational implications.
• Act as a business-IT translator, facilitating workshops, consolidating diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, and aligning stakeholders around clear decisions.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore), ensuring delivery governance, quality assurance, risk management, and effective communication.
• Drive Generative and Agentic AI initiatives, including LLM-enabled solutions, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, safety guardrails, and evaluation approaches aligned to client policies.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through project delivery and account growth; support business development by shaping proposals, POVs, demos, and identifying new opportunities.
• Be a role model for colleagues by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Expand expertise in various industry and subject matter areas and share knowledge with Deloitte talent.

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and storytelling skills: ability to design and present executive-ready materials.
• Strong conceptual capability: ability to simplify complex problems and translate them into actionable solution designs and roadmaps.
• Business-IT translator: proficient in requirements leadership, stakeholder alignment, and client workshop facilitation.
• Team collaboration and leadership: proven ability to guide nearshore and offshore technical implementation teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
• Technical integration: skilled at integrating system components, providing clear business explanations, and leading technical workshops.

Technical Expertise

• Strong engineering and/or mathematics background.
• Solid experience with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions on cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and adjacent services preferred for taking use cases to production on the aforementioned cloud providers.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus.

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience

• At least 6 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Science, or Healthcare sector is advantageous.
