How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead AI and analytics engagements from discovery to production.
• Design intricate data and analytics transformations, offering architectural, technical, and organizational guidance, while assisting clients in executing these critical changes.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT by facilitating workshops, synthesizing diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, and aligning stakeholders around strategic decisions.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore), ensuring governance, quality assurance, risk management, and effective communication.
• Drive initiatives in Generative and Agentic AI (as relevant), including LLM-enabled solutions, prompt engineering, safety guardrails, and evaluation methods in line with client policies.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through effective project delivery and account expansion; aid in business development by creating proposals, demos, and identifying new opportunities.
• Serve as a role model through demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Expand your expertise in various industry sectors and share your knowledge with Deloitte talent.

Consulting and Communication Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and an ability to craft and present compelling, executive-ready materials.
• Excellent conceptual skills: Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable solution designs and roadmaps.
• Effective business-IT translation, leading requirements sessions, aligning stakeholders, and facilitating client engagements.
• Proven team collaboration and leadership skills, guiding nearshore and offshore technical implementation teams for successful project outcomes.
• Expertise in technical integration, providing clear business justifications and leading technical discussions.

Technical Expertise

• A robust background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Solid experience using Python; proficiency in R is advantageous.
• Experience in delivering Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Analytics solutions across cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related services for production use cases is highly preferred.
• Experience with data science tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is a plus.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is advantageous.

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and/or French is strongly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in consulting or industry roles related to data-driven fields.
• Prior experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is a plus.
