How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead AI and analytics engagements from discovery through to production.
• Design complex data and analytics transformations while providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership.
• Act as the business-IT translator, facilitating workshops and consolidating diverse requirements into cohesive solution designs, while aligning stakeholders around clear decisions.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore), ensuring effective governance, quality assurance, risk management, and communication.
• Drive Generative and Agentic AI initiatives, including LLM-enabled solutions, prompt engineering, and evaluation approaches in line with client policies.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through effective project delivery and account growth, while supporting business development efforts.
• Demonstrate strong work ethics and leadership, acting as a role model for peers.
• Enhance your expertise across various industries and share insights with the broader Deloitte team.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities to create executive-ready presentations.
• Ability to distill complex problems into actionable solution designs and roadmaps.
• Skilled in stakeholder alignment and facilitation of workshops.
• Proven leadership in guiding technical teams to achieve project success.
• Expertise in integrating system components and leading technical workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong Engineering and/or Mathematics background.
• Experience with Python; proficiency in R is a plus.
• Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics solutions across cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related services is highly desirable.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is a plus.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is an advantage.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in English; additional fluency in German and/or French is preferred for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• At least 6 years of practical experience in consulting or industry-specific roles, especially in data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
