Your Impact

You will be an integral part of the high-performing Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Solutions (CMAAS) team, executing and delivering on various transaction projects including IPOs, debt and equity offerings, and cross-border transactions (e.g., 144As).

Your role involves advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, which includes navigating complex financial histories and providing pro-forma and carve-out reporting across multiple capital markets (e.g., SIX and SEC regulations).

Additionally, you will guide clients through accounting standard changes and GAAP conversion projects, while developing and extending relationships with them. You will actively support the client targeting and acquisition process and will have the autonomy to drive your own responsibilities, flexibility, and personal development.

Your Skill Set

• You are a Certified Public Accountant (Switzerland and/or another country).
• You possess strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, and/or Swiss GAAP FER), with relevant industry credentials and transaction experience, if possible.
• You have 4-5 years of experience as an audit senior/manager or in similar positions, demonstrating a track record in project management, client management, and a strong service orientation, especially in high-risk environments.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German, or French and are characterized by your client-oriented approach, flexibility, and willingness to travel in an international network.
• You actively drive your career progression in collaboration with your coach by setting clear career objectives and making informed career choices.
• You utilize your external network to leverage your personal relationships for professional growth.
