In close collaboration with our professionals, you will conduct audit missions for a diverse range of clients, allowing you to work independently while benefiting from the expert advice of our experienced staff. How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards.
• Oversee audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP.
• Utilize market-leading analytical tools and technologies to help our clients and teams tackle challenges in innovative ways.
• Identify, prepare, and participate in proposals for new clients and projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to public and private clients, assisting with accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor your teams. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback and training. Develop and communicate workplace culture and code of conduct.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Fluency in English.
• 5+ years of external audit experience in performing PCAOB integrated audits at a Big 4 firm, including several years of experience in the United States or Canada (8+ years for senior manager).
• US or Canada CPA license.
• A strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent project management and communication skills – both written and verbal.
