In close collaboration with our professionals, you will conduct diverse audit missions across a variety of clients. How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards
• Manage audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP
• Utilize market-leading analytical tools and technologies to tackle challenges in innovative ways
• Identify, prepare, and participate in proposals for new clients and projects
• Act as a trusted advisor to both public and private clients on accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters
• Supervise, coach, and mentor your teams. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to feedback and training, fostering a positive workplace culture and ethical code of conduct

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluency in English is required
• 5+ years of external audit experience performing PCAOB integrated audits at a Big 4 firm, including significant experience in the United States or Canada (8+ years for senior manager roles)
• US or Canada CPA license
• Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements
• Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and verbal
