In close collaboration with our professionals, you will conduct audit missions for a diverse range of clients, allowing for independent work while benefiting from the expert guidance of our experienced team. You will actively contribute to the development of our services.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards.
• Oversee audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions, and divestitures, including carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP.
• Utilize market-leading analytical tools and technologies to address challenges in innovative ways.
• Identify, prepare, and participate in proposals for new clients and projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to public and private clients on matters of accounting, financial reporting, and internal control.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor teams; conduct performance reviews; and contribute to performance feedback and training. Develop and communicate workplace culture and the code of conduct.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluency in English is required.
• 5+ years of external audit experience performing PCAOB integrated audits at a Big 4 firm, including several years of work experience in the United States or Canada (8+ years for senior manager).
• Current US or Canada CPA license.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
