How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards.
• Oversee audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP.
• Utilize market-leading analytical tools and technologies to address client challenges innovatively.
• Identify, prepare, and participate in proposals for new clients and projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both public and private clients regarding accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor your teams; conduct performance reviews, contribute to performance feedback and training; and foster workplace culture and a code of conduct.

Who We Are Looking For

In addition to fluency in English, we seek candidates who meet the following criteria:

• 5+ years of external audit experience in performing PCAOB integrated audits at a Big 4 firm, with several years of experience in the United States or Canada (for senior manager, 8+ years).
• US or Canada CPA license.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
