How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards.
• Manage audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP.
• Utilize market-leading analytical tools and technologies to help our clients and teams approach challenges in increasingly innovative ways.
• Identify, prepare, and participate in proposals for new clients and projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to public and private clients, assisting with accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor your teams; conduct performance reviews and contribute to feedback and training. Foster a positive workplace culture and uphold the code of conduct.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent in English.
• A minimum of 5 years of external audit experience performing PCAOB integrated audits at a Big 4 firm, with several years of relevant experience in the United States or Canada (8+ years for senior manager positions).
• Possession of a CPA license from the US or Canada.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
