How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards.
• Manage audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP.
• Utilize market-leading analytical tools and technologies to address challenges in innovative ways.
• Identify, prepare, and participate in proposals for new clients and projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to public and private clients on accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor your teams. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback and training. Cultivate workplace culture and uphold the code of conduct.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have:

• 5+ years of external audit experience performing PCAOB integrated audits at a Big 4 firm, with several years of work experience in the United States or Canada (8+ years for senior manager roles).
• US or Canada CPA license.
• A strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent project management and communication skills – both written and verbal.
