Manager Aircraft Sales and Management
Nomad Aviation AG is an international and family-owned provider of business aircraft management services, operating successfully for over 12 years. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, creative, and ambitious professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage potential aircraft owners, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients interested in our management services for private and commercial operations.
- Develop a new business model for aircraft sales and manage a robust sales pipeline by nurturing relationships with clients, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration within the team to create tailor-made solutions that meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Business aviation professional with a proven track record in aircraft sales and management.
- Strong existing network within the private aviation sector, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and family offices.
- Experience in managing pre-owned aircraft sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth with minimal oversight.
- Clear, confident, yet modest communicator with high emotional intelligence, capable of advising and persuading executives in their decision-making.
- Energetic, hard-working, and highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a success-oriented approach.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Willingness to travel and be available on call, even after hours.
