Nomad Aviation AG is an international, family-owned provider of business aircraft management services with over 12 years of experience. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, creative, and ambitious Manager of Aircraft Sales and Management.
Your Role
In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new aircraft owners for our management and sales services. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and establishing Nomad Aviation as the preferred choice for private aircraft owners.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage potential aircraft owners, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients interested in management services for our private and commercial operations.
- Develop a new business model for aircraft sales while managing a robust sales pipeline through relationships with clients, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration within the team to create tailor-made solutions that meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience in aircraft sales and management within the business aviation sector.
- A strong existing network in the private aviation industry, including UHNWIs and family offices.
- Capable of managing pre-owned aircraft sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth with minimal oversight.
- A confident yet modest communicator with high emotional intelligence, skilled in advising and persuading executives in decision-making.
- An energetic, hardworking, highly motivated, and proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and success-oriented approach.
- High level of integrity and discretion with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Willingness to travel and be available on call, including after hours.
