Job Opportunity: Property Management and Condominium Assistant (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative aspects of a property management and condominium portfolio.
• Respond to and process requests and inquiries from our clients.
• Establish rental lease agreements, amendments, manage terminations, and process releases.
• Prepare files for manager appointments such as property inspections and periodic visits.
• Plan and convene various meetings related to condominium management.
• Participate in Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM) and draft the minutes of those assemblies.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Proven experience in property management assistance and condominium administration.
• Knowledge of lease law.
• Organized, structured, and meticulous individual.
• Customer service-oriented with a sense of diplomacy.
• Proficiency in standard computer tools.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; German is a plus.
• Swiss citizen or valid work permit.
