Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who thrives on tackling equipment challenges, enhancing reliability, and ensuring critical manufacturing operations run seamlessly? Proclinical is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operational efficiency of our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on essential equipment, including purified water systems, boilers, trade waste systems, and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns and system faults.
• Document maintenance activities in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with external service providers as necessary.
• Adhere to the preventative maintenance schedule and report root causes of breakdowns to management.
• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to the development of maintenance-related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, Validation, and New Product Introduction departments, to achieve business objectives.
• Participate in incident investigations and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies, including hazard identification and risk control.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of GMP standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external contractors.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
• Willingness to undergo training and provide training to others as needed.
