Job Description
- Property maintenance for residential and commercial buildings
- Cleaning stairwells
- Cleaning and maintaining surroundings
- Mowing lawns, removing weeds, maintaining flowerbeds, trimming hedges, and edges
- Monitoring building technology
- General tasks, such as changing light bulbs
We Expect
- Training as a facility maintenance specialist, craft training, or several years of experience as a caretaker/cleaner
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written
- Driving license class B
- A clean and tidy appearance is essential for our clients
