Job Description
In this pivotal role, you will ensure the uninterrupted operation of our state-of-the-art production facilities in the baked goods sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently resolving technical disruptions in a shift operation
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance and repair work
- Implementing optimizations and managing smaller projects on existing systems
- Supporting the installation and commissioning of new systems
- Adhering to technical guidelines and safety regulations
- Actively participating in the continuous improvement process to enhance production efficiency and quality
We Expect
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed vocational training as a mechanic, polymechanic, or automation technician (EFZ)
- Experience in the maintenance of industrial plants (preferred)
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to troubleshooting
- A willingness to work in a 3-shift operation, including on-call duty
- Good German skills, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with SAP and MS Office (advantageous)
- A team-oriented, flexible, and reliable attitude
