As a Machine Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operation and monitoring of production machines
- Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance work
- Inspection and quality control of produced parts
- Labeling and packing of customer orders
- Filling out required documentation
Requirements Profile
Your qualifications should align with the following:
- Proven professional experience as a machine operator in an electronic environment
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written, Level B1); English is a plus
- Experience in shift work and willingness to work on a 4-shift rotation when necessary
- Category B driver's license and possession of a personal vehicle are mandatory

- Hourly gross wage: CHF 28.00 for Early & Late shifts and Night shifts
- Additional allowances for late, night, and weekend work in a 4-shift rotation
