Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to assist in the design and deployment of advanced AI systems centered on reasoning and scalable inference. In this role, you will work on large-scale machine learning systems, distributed training pipelines, and next-generation architectures for reasoning models. Depending on your level of experience, you may have the opportunity to lead a feature squad or project team, though we equally value strong senior individual contributors.

• Medallist in prestigious Olympiad competitions (e.g., IMO, IOI, IPhO, or equivalent national/international competitions)
• 5+ years of experience in NLP/ML applications

Required Profile

• Mid-senior or senior Machine Learning Engineer (3+ years in NLP/ML)
• Strong Python and PyTorch experience
• Experience building or deploying ML systems in production
• Familiarity with LLMs and transformer architectures
• Experience with distributed training or inference systems
• Comfortable working in fast-paced research and production environments
