Job Title: Operator MAB (m/f/d)

Project Overview

For our client, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, we are searching for a qualified Operator MAB Upstream Processing (m/f/d) to support Large Molecules Manufacturing (MAB) operations at the Basel site. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting GMP-compliant upstream processing activities for monoclonal antibody production. Your contribution will aid in the rapid transfer-in of Ocre while supporting the manufacturing of clinical and PPQ batches within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Weighing of raw materials
• Sampling
• Laboratory work including cell counting, pH measurements, etc.
• Assisting in plant maintenance activities
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Managing material in local storage areas

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational degree with a technical background; experience in biotechnology is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP production environment
• Physical capability to handle raw materials and support weighing processes
• Basic MS Office skills; experience working with MES/PLS (electronic documentation system)
• Fluent in German (minimum B2) in speaking and writing
• Strong team player
