Operator MAB.
Background:
In order to facilitate the fast transfer of Ocre in 2026 and the production of clinical and PPQ batches, operational support is needed in the manufacturing environment of large molecules (MAB). The Operator will focus on upstream processing (USP). Activities are set to commence in March 2026 and will conclude by the end of Q1 2027. The operators will work in shifts following the 6/4 shift model.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Weighing of raw materials
- Sampling
- Laboratory work: Cell count, pH, etc.
- Supporting plant maintenance activities
- Cleaning
- Material management (local storage areas)
Must Haves:
- Minimum vocational degree, with a technical background and manual skills required; a background in biotechnology is ideal
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP production environment
- Physical work is required, including support in weighing processes and handling raw materials
- Basic MS Office skills, with experience working with MES/PLS (electronic documentation system)
- Fluent in German (minimum B2) in speaking and writing
- Strong teamwork skills
