Tasks
- Represent Swiss International Air Lines, welcoming and assisting premium guests while ensuring top-notch service and product quality.
- Engage with guests, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage relationships with operational partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Act as a role model for lounge staff, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee service levels, ensuring compliance with SLAs concerning customer service, food & beverage, cleanliness, and infrastructure.
- Lead weekly operations meetings with service partners to review incidents and define improvements.
- Implement new procedures, processes, and product enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions for our service partners.
- Conduct quality audits, report findings, and initiate corrective actions.

Requirements
- Degree in hospitality management or a related field, with at least two years of experience in the airline, hospitality, travel, or event management industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and partners.
- Exceptional customer focus, professionalism, and reliability.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities, acting as a role model for staff and partners.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel.
- Professional appearance and strong etiquette, confidently representing SWISS.
- Fluent in German and English, with basic knowledge of French.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
