- Assistance with daily personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
- Implementation of medical measures as prescribed by a doctor (e.g., medication administration, wound care)
- Close collaboration with nursing professionals, doctors, and interdisciplinary teams
- Observation and documentation of residents' health status
- Enhancing quality of life through engaging measures and personalized care
- Communication with relatives to ensure transparency and trust

- Completed training as a Care Specialist Long-Term Care & Support EFZ
- Experience in long-term care is ideal, but motivated newcomers are also welcome

- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
