Job Description

As Team Leader Logistics (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the packaging material warehouse, steel warehouse, and incoming goods forwarding. You will serve as the vital link between production and logistics.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Professional and personnel management of a team along with effective personnel planning.
• Accountability for various warehouse-related key performance indicators and their visualization.
• Acting as a key user in SAP logistics modules.
• Seamlessly managing and coordinating empty container management for the plant.
• Actively designing and optimizing workflows according to Bosch Production System Standards (BPS & 5S) and engaging in various logistics warehouse projects.
• Handling EHS-relevant aspects such as safety, order, cleanliness, occupational safety, and plant security.
• Managing various operational tasks to complete the range of duties.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Logistics specialist (EFZ) with further training as a logistics expert being an advantage.
• Personality and Work Style: A reliable, resilient, and flexible team player with a solution-oriented and cross-process thinking approach.
• Experience and Know-how: Several years of experience in warehouse operations, management experience, familiarity with SAP, and proficiency in MS Office are advantageous.
• Languages: Good communication and expressive skills in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
