About the Position

We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor in various roles within our Logistics & Warehousing department at Zurich Airport. If you are passionate about logistics and ensuring efficient operations, we invite you to apply for our Logistics Specialist position. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Packing, storing, and shipping materials in line with quality and safety standards
• Receiving and checking incoming goods, including materials and related documents
• Recording and managing warehouse activities using SAP/ERP systems
• Loading and unloading trucks and coordinating shipments with logistics partners
• Conducting basic quality checks and handling any discrepancies
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining general warehouse standards

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (apprenticeship) in logistics or a comparable qualification
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
• Valid driver’s license and forklift license
• Good German and basic English (A2+); proficiency in MS Office and SAP is a plus
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
