As a Logistics Specialist, you will manage all local logistics aspects at Bad Zurzach. This role includes setting up and continuously improving warehouse operations, managing stock levels, conducting inventory checks, overseeing shelf-life management, material picking, and performing all other tasks required by SR Technics policies. You will also be responsible for the receiving, packing, and dispatching of goods, materials, and tooling according to established requirements.

Your key responsibilities include:

Your Tasks

  • Guaranteeing the quality and safety of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SR Technics and Airworthiness Authorities rules and regulations.
  • Executing and promoting Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve targets.
  • Supporting the setup and continuous improvement of the local supply chain according to the ramp-up plan.
  • Picking and delivering materials as per timelines and ensuring safe and secure transfers, both locally and inter-base.
  • Ensuring all goods are handled timely and processed (receipt, pick, pack, ship, system update, etc.) according to provided data and in adherence to SR Technics policies.
  • Supporting internal logistics to achieve goals and meet committed RTS dates.
  • Managing and monitoring all required transfers effectively.

Your Profile

  • Apprenticeship as a technician or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in SAP (MM/SD module) is desired.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in general Supply Chain Management.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA Part 145, etc.) is essential.
  • A self-disciplined and consistent personality is necessary.
  • A communicative team player with a positive attitude, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an international work environment across different cultures and locations.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level) and German (C1 level) is required.
