As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all local logistics aspects at Bad Zurzach. This includes the setup and continuous improvement of the warehouse, stock level management, inventory checks, shelf-life management, picking of materials, and all other tasks required by SR Technics policies. You will also be responsible for arranging, monitoring, and managing all shipments between our two main bases: Airport Zurich and Bad Zurzach.

Your Tasks

  • Guarantee quality and safety of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SR Technics and Airworthiness Authorities' rules and regulations at all times.
  • Execute and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve all targets.
  • Support the setup and continuous improvement of the local supply chain according to the ramp-up plan.
  • Pick and deliver materials according to provided dates, ensuring safe and secure transfers, both locally and inter-base.
  • Ensure all goods are handled in a timely manner and processed (receipt, pick, pack, ship, system updates, etc.) according to provided data and SR Technics policies.
  • Support internal logistics to meet goals and maintain committed RTS dates.
  • Ensure all required transfers are executed, managed, and monitored as needed.

Your Profile

  • Apprenticeship as a technician or equivalent required.
  • Experience in SAP (MM/SD module) desired.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in general Supply Chain Management.
  • Aviation regulation knowledge (EASA Part 145, etc.) required.
  • A self-disciplined and consistent personality required.
  • Communicative team player with a positive attitude, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an international work environment across cultures/locations.
  • English B2 level and German C1 level required.
