Position: Logistics Operation Service (80% - m/f)
We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our logistics team. The successful candidate will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient processing and tracking of shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relations regarding all delivery-related matters.
- Receive shipments from the airport.
- Oversee the management and checking of packages for customs and customs clearance.
- Verify the arrival of goods.
- Prepare customer orders and load shipments.
- Manage the reception, checking, and storage of goods delivered by our network.
- Maintain depots and outdoor areas.
- Handle delivery and transport documentation.
- Respond to telephone inquiries professionally.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent knowledge of the import and export process.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in traditional IT tools such as Excel and Word.
- Versatile and customer-oriented.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in English is required.
