Position: 80% Logistics Operation Service (m/f)
We are looking to strengthen our logistics team and are seeking a motivated individual who can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient processing and tracking of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relations regarding all delivery-related matters.
Receive shipments from the airport.
Oversee the management and verification of packages for customs and clearance.
Check the arrival of goods.
Prepare customer orders and facilitate the loading of shipments.
Receive, inspect, and store goods delivered by our network.
Maintain our depots and outdoor areas.
Manage delivery and transport documentation.
Handle telephone communication professionally.
Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of the import and export processes.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in traditional IT tools such as Excel and Word.
A versatile and customer-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated team spirit and sense of responsibility.
Fluency in English is required.
