To strengthen our logistics team, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill the position of:
Logistics Operation Service (80%) (m/f)
The selected candidate will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient processing and tracking of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relations regarding all delivery-related matters.
- Receive shipments from the airport.
- Oversee the management and inspection of packages for customs and customs clearance.
- Verify the arrival of goods.
- Prepare customer orders and facilitate the loading of shipments.
- Receive, check, and store goods delivered by our network.
- Maintain the cleanliness of depots and outdoor areas.
- Manage delivery and transport documentation.
- Efficiently handle telephone communications.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent understanding of the import and export processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in standard IT tools such as Excel and Word.
- Versatile and customer-oriented mindset.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in English is required.
