Job Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will coordinate all internal processes related to monitoring shipments, encompassing departure, transit, and arrival events for all WEG products, including electrical motors, automation solutions, energy systems, and transmission and distribution equipment across global branches.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining clearance acceptance for maritime, flight, and road logistics;
- Creating goods and invoice receipts;
- Assigning the handling unit (HU) from WEG's manufacturing process to the WIN process;
- Updating and confirming shipment data;
- Ensuring accurate invoicing throughout the export and logistics process;
- Participating in the shipping and logistics process to ensure successful trade;
- Grouping the export process for Financial and Accounting departments;
- Coordinating export documentation;
- Managing warranty processes;
- Communicating price lists and multipliers;
- Supporting the annual audit process (internal and external);
- Assisting with additional activities during colleagues' absences;
- Generating logistics and sales reports;
- Contributing to various projects across different areas.
You will report directly to the Controlling and Administrative Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, or a similar field;
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Experience with SAP-module Exportation and PROCWORK systems (Advanced Level is a strong asset);
- Experience in logistics operations in Brazil, including customs clearance, foreign exchange regulations, and international trade operations (advanced level is a strong asset);
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint are essential);
- Demonstrated initiative, focus, self-management, and analytical thinking;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a collaborative mindset.
