Position Overview
This role involves coordinating all internal processes related to monitoring shipments, including departure, transit, and arrival events for all WEG products, such as electrical motors, automation systems, and energy transmission and distribution equipment, across international branches.
You will collaborate with the Brazilian logistics team to assess and provide relevant information, manage support tickets, and participate in meetings to ensure that all tasks align with internal rules and procedures.
Your Responsibilities
- Obtain clearance acceptance for maritime, flight, and road logistics.
- Create goods and invoice receipts.
- Assign the handling unit (HU) from WEG manufacturer’s processes to the WIN process.
- Update and confirm shipment data.
- Ensure accurate invoicing for the entire export and logistics process.
- Participate in the shipping/logistics process to conclude trade successfully.
- Group export processes and make them available for processing by Financial and Accounting departments.
- Support coordination of export documentation.
- Oversee warranty processes.
- Communicate price lists and multipliers.
- Assist during the annual audit process (both internal and external).
- Provide support for other activities during colleagues' absences.
- Issue logistics and sales reports.
- Support projects in various areas.
Reporting directly to the Controlling and Administrative Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Experience with SAP-module Exportation and PROCWORK systems (advanced level is a strong asset).
- Experience in logistics operations in Brazil, including customs clearance, foreign exchange regulations, and international trade operations (advanced level is highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with Excel and PowerPoint being essential.
- Demonstrated initiative, focus, self-management, and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
