Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate all internal processes related to monitoring shipments, including departure, transit, and arrival events for WEG products such as electrical motors, automation solutions, energy systems, and transmission and distribution equipment across our global branches.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining clearance acceptance for maritime, flight, and road logistics;
- Creating goods/invoice receipts;
- Assigning the Handling Unit (HU) from WEG manufacturer’s process to WIN process;
- Updating and confirming shipment data;
- Ensuring accurate invoicing for the complete export and logistics process;
- Participating in the shipping/logistics processes to ensure successful trade conclusion;
- Grouping the Export process for Financial and Accounting departments;
- Supporting coordination of Export documentation;
- Overseeing warranty processes;
- Communicating price lists and multipliers;
- Assisting during the annual audit process (internal and external);
- Providing support during colleagues' absences;
- Issuing logistics and sales reports;
- Contributing to projects in various areas.
Reports directly to the Controlling and Administrative Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, or a similar field;
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Experience with SAP-module Exportation and PROCWORK systems (advanced level is a strong asset);
- Experience in logistics operations in Brazil, including customs clearance, foreign exchange regulations, and international trade operations (advanced level is a strong asset);
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint essential);
- Initiative, focus, self-management, and analytical thinking;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
